Privacy Policy
Effective October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how Intuition Inc. ("Intuition", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use intuition.inc, our expert network and expert dashboard, the pages we share with clients, our text and email conversations (including with our AI agent), and our related services (together, the "Services"). It applies to experts, clients and enterprises, and to professionals we contact about work.
If you have questions about this Policy, contact our Privacy Officer at support@teleport.us.
1. What Intuition does
Intuition finds the person whose expertise a piece of work needs and puts them to work. AI labs and other organizations ("clients") ask us for experts to help train, test and evaluate their models, and we source, verify and recommend people for that work. Companies ("enterprises") can also work with us to license their operational data to AI labs.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- If you are an expert: your name, phone number, email address, areas of expertise and specialty, résumé or CV, professional profile links such as LinkedIn, work history, education, years of experience, location and time zone, availability, your answers to application questions, the consents you give, the calls you book with us, and your messages to us. If we pay you for work, we collect the payment and tax information needed to pay you.
- If you are a client or an enterprise: your name, company, website, role, work email and phone number, the details of your request or quote, your decisions and feedback on the experts we recommend, and your messages to us.
- When you contact us: the content of your texts, iMessages, emails and help requests.
- When we verify experts: notes, and transcripts of verification calls where we have them, which we use to assess fit for a role.
Information from other sources
- Professional information. To find experts who may fit our clients' roles, we collect professional information from public and professional sources and from data providers, such as professional networking profiles, company and university websites, publications, professional licensing registries and data enrichment providers. This can include your name, title, employer, work history, education, professional profile links and business contact details. We use it to identify you and to contact you about work, and you can ask us to stop at any time (see section 8).
- Delivery information from our messaging providers, such as whether a message was delivered, bounced or unsubscribed.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and when, which we use to run and secure the Services.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember your progress through forms. They are needed for the Services to work. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on intuition.inc. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Services may then not work.
3. How we use your information
- To match experts with work: to assess your fit for roles, recommend you to clients, arrange calls and engagements, and pay you for work.
- To run your account: to create and secure it, sign you in with one-time codes and links, and show you your applications and the roles we send you.
- To communicate with you: to send sign-in codes, reply to your messages, tell you about roles that fit you, and send updates about your applications, by text, iMessage or email.
- To serve clients and enterprises: to fulfil their requests, prepare quotes, and keep records of recommendations and decisions.
- To verify and protect: to verify identities and credentials, and to prevent, detect and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To improve the Services: to understand how they are used and to fix and improve them.
- For legal reasons: to comply with the law, enforce our Terms of Service, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. AI
We use artificial intelligence to run parts of the Services: for example, our agent that answers and onboards experts by text, drafts of replies that our team reviews before they are sent, and summaries of roles and of why an expert fits. To do this, we send the relevant messages and profile information to AI service providers, who process it on our behalf under their business terms, which do not allow them to use it for their own purposes. AI output can be wrong, and our team can read these conversations and step in.
5. How we share your information
- With clients, when we recommend you. When we recommend an expert for a client's role, the client sees the expert's first name and the initial of their surname, their professional profile (such as title, employer, experience, skills, education and location), and our note on why they fit. Once the client accepts an introduction, they also see the expert's full name, email address, professional profile links such as LinkedIn, résumé and photo. Clients never receive an expert's phone number, our internal notes, verification call transcripts, or the raw data we hold.
- With service providers who help us run the Services, under contracts that require them to protect your information and use it only on our behalf. These include cloud hosting and storage (Amazon Web Services), text messaging and phone verification (Twilio), iMessage messaging (LoopMessage), email delivery and outreach (including SmartLead and Amazon SES), AI (such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google), call scheduling, and data providers that help us find and verify professionals.
- For legal reasons, where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required or permitted by law, for example to comply with a legal obligation or a request from a public authority, to protect our rights, property or safety or that of others, or to detect and prevent fraud or other illegal activity.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, where personal information may be shared with, or transferred to, the parties involved.
- With your consent, or at your direction.
Text messaging. We do not share mobile phone numbers, or consent to receive text messages, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Texts, iMessage and email
We send one-time codes by text message when you sign in or confirm a phone number. We send iMessages only after you have texted us first. Text STOP at any time to stop iMessages from us, and START to receive them again. Every outreach email includes a link to unsubscribe. When you opt out, we keep a record of it so that we do not contact you again.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this Policy, including to provide the Services, to keep records of recommendations and engagements, and to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements. When you delete your details from your dashboard, we hide your applications, unlink your profile and close your account. We may keep limited records afterwards where the law requires it, or to honour your choices (for example, a record that you asked us not to contact you).
8. Your choices and rights
- See and download your details from "Your details" in your dashboard, or ask us for a copy.
- Correct your details in your dashboard, or ask us to correct them.
- Delete your details from your dashboard, or ask us to delete them.
- Stop messages by texting STOP, or by using the unsubscribe link in any outreach email.
- Withdraw your consent to our collection and use of your information at any time, subject to legal and contractual restrictions. This may limit our ability to provide the Services to you.
- Ask us to stop contacting you about work, even if we found your information through professional sources rather than from you.
To make a request, write to support@teleport.us. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honour them as required. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to a privacy regulator, such as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
9. Safeguarding your information
We use technical, physical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting access to the people and service providers who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your phone, email and devices secure, and tell us promptly at support@teleport.us if you notice anything suspicious.
10. Where your information is processed
We and our service providers store and process information in the United States, Canada and other countries where they operate. Information processed in another country is subject to that country's laws, and may be accessible to its courts, law enforcement and national security authorities.
11. Age requirement
The Services are for people who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe someone under 18 has given us personal information, please contact us.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will give notice through the Services or by email or text where appropriate.
13. Governing law
This Policy and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
14. Contact us
For questions about this Policy or our handling of your information, or to make a request, contact our Privacy Officer at support@teleport.us.
