Terms of Service

Effective October 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Intuition Inc. ("Intuition", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of intuition.inc and its pages, our expert network and expert dashboard, the pages we share with clients, our text and email conversations with you (including with our AI agent), and our related services (together, the "Services").

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information, and forms part of these Terms.

By creating an account, applying to a role, requesting a quote, texting us, or otherwise using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Services.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.

2. What Intuition does

  • For experts. We look for paid work that needs your expertise (for example, helping AI labs train, test and evaluate their models) and connect you with it. Creating an account or applying to a role does not guarantee that you will be recommended, engaged or paid for any work.
  • For clients. AI labs and other organizations ask us for experts. We source, verify and recommend people, and the client decides whom to engage.
  • For enterprises. Companies can work with us to license their operational data to AI labs.

Work, rates, fees, payment, confidentiality and any data license are governed by separate written agreements, such as an engagement agreement, statement of work, non-disclosure agreement or data license. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for the matter it covers.

Estimates, quotes and rates shown or sent through the Services, including by our AI agent, are not offers or commitments. They become binding only when both sides sign a written agreement.

3. Your account

  • You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email, or with a link sent to your email. Keep your phone, email and devices secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, and you must tell us promptly at support@teleport.us if you believe someone else has accessed it.
  • The information you give us must be accurate, current and complete, and you must keep it up to date. Use only a phone number and email address that belong to you, and keep only one account.
  • We may verify the information you give us, including your identity, credentials and experience, through calls, references, public records and professional registries.
  • We may refuse, suspend or close an account, or remove a profile or application, if we believe it breaks these Terms, contains false information, or puts other people or the Services at risk.

4. If you are an expert

  • Represent yourself accurately. Do not misstate your credentials, licenses, employment, experience or availability.
  • Recommendations. We decide whether to recommend you to a client, and clients decide whom to engage. We share your profile with clients as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Confidentiality. Information about clients, roles and projects that you receive through the Services and that is not public is confidential. Use it only to consider and carry out the work, and do not disclose it to anyone else. A client may ask you to sign additional confidentiality terms before you start.
  • Your other obligations. You are responsible for making sure your participation does not breach any obligation you owe to others, such as confidentiality, non-compete or conflict-of-interest obligations to an employer. Do not share your employer's confidential information, or anyone's personal or protected information (such as patient health information), through the Services or in the work.
  • How you work. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, you provide services as an independent contractor, not as an employee of Intuition or of the client, and you are responsible for your own taxes.
  • Leaving. You can withdraw an application or delete your details at any time from your dashboard.

5. If you are a client or an enterprise

  • Use the information we share about experts only to evaluate and engage them through Intuition, in line with your agreement with us. Keep it confidential, and handle it in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Results pages and their passwords are for your organization's use only. Do not share them outside your team.
  • The terms of any data license, including how data is anonymized and protected, are set out in the agreement you sign. We use the information in a quote request to prepare your quote and to follow up with you.

6. Texts, iMessage and email

  • Codes. When you sign in or confirm a phone number, we send a one-time code by text message.
  • Our agent. We send iMessages only after you have texted us first. Conversations cover your profile, your applications and roles that may fit you, and message frequency varies.
  • Stopping messages. Text STOP at any time to stop iMessages from us, and START to receive them again. Every outreach email includes a way to unsubscribe. For help, write to support@teleport.us.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

7. Our AI agent

Some of our replies, summaries and drafts are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be incomplete or wrong, and they are not professional, legal, medical, financial or tax advice. Our team can read these conversations and step in. Anything that matters, such as an offer, a rate or a commitment, is confirmed in writing by a person at Intuition.

8. Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • break any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of others, including their intellectual property, privacy and publicity rights;
  • give false, inaccurate or misleading information, or impersonate any person or organization, including Intuition or its staff;
  • submit anything abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, hateful or discriminatory;
  • submit another person's confidential or personal information unless you have the right to do so;
  • access, or attempt to access, accounts, data or areas of the Services not intended for you, or probe, breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure;
  • use any robot, scraper, spider or other automated means to access or copy the Services or their content;
  • introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material, or interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by denial-of-service attacks, flooding or mailbombing;
  • send spam or unsolicited promotions, or use the Services to build a competing product or database; or
  • copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the Services, except as the law expressly allows.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit to the Services, such as your profile, résumé, application answers and messages ("Your Content"). You grant Intuition a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, format, display and share Your Content as needed to provide and improve the Services, including to present you to clients as described in our Privacy Policy. This license lasts while you use the Services and afterwards only for as long as we keep Your Content under that policy or as the law requires. You confirm that you have the right to submit Your Content and to grant this license.

If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Services, we may use them without any obligation to you.

10. Our intellectual property

The Services, including their software, text, graphics, design, and the Intuition name and logo, are owned by Intuition or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, modify, distribute, frame or create derivative works of any part of the Services, except as these Terms allow or with our written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Third-party services

The Services link to or work with services run by others, such as Apple's Messages app, scheduling tools for booking calls, and professional networking sites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them, and you use them at your own risk.

12. Changes to the Services and to these Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will give notice through the Services or by email or text where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY INFORMATION ON OR THROUGH THEM (INCLUDING FROM OUR AI AGENT) WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULT, ROLE, ENGAGEMENT OR PAYMENT WILL FOLLOW FROM YOUR USE OF THEM. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTUITION AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS AND SUCCESSORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

15. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Intuition and its affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, suppliers and successors, from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, Your Content, or your use of the Services.

16. Ending your use

You may stop using the Services and delete your details at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time if we believe you have broken these Terms or the law, or to protect other people or the Services. Sections 4 (Confidentiality), 5, 9, 10 and 13 to 18 survive any ending of your use.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Services, are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Province of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you and we submit to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.

18. General

  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement with us, are the entire agreement between you and Intuition about the Services.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.
  • Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
  • We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or to a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. You may not assign them without our written consent.

19. Contact

Questions about these Terms, and reports of misuse of the Services, can be sent to support@teleport.us.
